Peacefully tucked in above the private river, on the Bozeman trail, this charming home is a fully furnished stay! You will have a wonderful kitchen and living room area, comfy bed and a shower bathroom!

This is great for couples, solo travelers or mountain bikers!

You’ll be close to everything in the Sheridan area, but private enough in this two bedroom stay to enjoy a relaxing Wyoming retreat!⛰

Starting at the front door you will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like throughout your reservation.

Overall, you will be able to enjoy this private 1 bedroom, 1 bath, cozy cottage!

Enjoy your retreat in this rural and peaceful cottage home. Here you will feel in the perfect outskirts of the Sheridan area, while being perfectly located to a short drive for easy access to the community attractions and experiences.

In addition to a beautiful stay, we do have the potential for some horse corral space. There would be space for your trailer if need be.

At this convenient cottage you will be able to enjoy keyless entry provided, no need to stress about keys! The entry code provided upon check in! ( This is changed remotely so you can rest assured you are in a safe home!)

Guests will have access to the entire cottage!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!

The Neighborhood:
When we say come escape in a charming cottage, we mean it!

This one bedroom cottage is extremely private, yet only about 10 minutes drive from the very best Sheridan has to offer!

While on the property one can enjoy, A 3 mile long walking/ one-wheel/mountain bike trail with mountain bikes to use if needed.

A conservation district with abundant wildlife anywhere the eye can see.

The property is in review of the Bighorn Audubon Society and a fantastic place for bird watching!

If one loves fishing then you can find no better private getaway.

After all the daily activities come to an end, one can find the quiet and beauty Wyoming has to offer to relax and finish the day with!

Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short drive away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the local parks! You are moments from Sheridan Hospital and the famous Kendrick park!

Museums and attractions fill the area!

Getting Around:
Sheridan is a cozy sized community, although you can walk to many locations once out and about, a drive is typically preferred and recommended from the home as you are a bit out in the country. You will find most attractions are under 15 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, and more are all within a short driving distance!

With only a short drive you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions the area has to offer!

If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch in the living room next to the beautiful nature out the back porch and read a book or simply go for a walk around the property and enjoy Wyomings beauty.

Please note the neighboring cabin and house are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly private ranch, you will have 100% privacy and your own cottage.

Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.

For parking at this property you may park in the driveway in front of the home.

If you have a trailer there you may park it in front of the cottage.

The main driveway in is shared with the owner, but does become a private drive closer to the unit.

This private ranch retreat is on well water, this does cause for a very slight oder at times but is regularly tested and perfectly safe to drink and there is a Britta filter available. :)
