Positive: the location of this apartment is unbeatable at the edge of soho and tribeca and close to chinatown and little italy even walkable to west village. it was like a speakeasy and unassuming in the entrance abd the rooms are surrpising and large for NYC. the specialty supermarket Happier down the street was spectacular as was Lucia pizzeria close by.
Negative: only the initial sketchy Wifi connection, really which is likely a Spectrum provider issue. the hosts were responsive in fixing the issue so all is good. the tv also needed to be update but we were able to watch streaming channel programs on AirPlay so all was good. canal street is noisy though for those of us not used to being in NYC. once the windows are closed, the outdoor sound is minimal.
Summary: overall a comfortable and very nice stay with an awesome location for real convenience.
